Information we use

For configured services, MK Dispatch processes contact details, service enquiries, addresses, requested appointment windows, consent records and notification status. Call recordings and transcripts may be processed when recording is enabled and disclosed. Private portals require authorized access.

Purpose and service providers

We use information to provide call intake, dispatch, approved scheduling, notifications, support and security. Providers may include Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Retell for voice, Resend for email, Telnyx for SMS and a business's connected calendar provider. Information is shared only as needed to provide the requested service, meet legal requirements or protect the service.

Text-message consent

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent records may be processed by messaging providers solely to deliver and administer the requested messages.

Retention and requests

Operational records are retained while needed for the configured service, support, security or legal obligations. Recording retention is configured with each business. We retain opt-out suppression information as needed to honor a request to stop messages. Ask us to review, correct or delete your information; some security, suppression or legally required records may need to be retained.

Website use

Private sign-in uses session cookies. This public information page has no advertising trackers or enquiry form. Hosting providers may process technical request information for security and delivery.
