MK Dispatch text notifications.

Optional service-request alerts for business operators who have enrolled with MK Agency. These notifications can include a caller's callback details and a private link to the operator's dispatch portal. They do not guarantee an appointment or emergency response.

How to give permission

During onboarding, email hello@mkserviceops.com from your own account with your name, business name, mobile number and this statement:

I agree to receive recurring automated MK Agency / MK Dispatch service-request and account notifications at the mobile number I provide. Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply. I can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. I have read the SMS terms and privacy policy.

MK Agency checks the permission and records its source and date before enabling notifications. An enquiry, a phone number alone or an unconfirmed request from somebody else is not consent. Do not email customer work orders or sensitive information to enroll.

Message frequency and control

Frequency varies with service requests. Reply STOP to stop messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@mkserviceops.com. You can withdraw permission by email. Re-enrollment requires a new explicit request; opting back in does not restart old follow-ups.

Program boundaries

This program identifies MK Agency as the sender. It is not permission for unsolicited marketing or for unrelated contractors to text homeowners under their own brands. Separate client-specific authorization and any required registration are completed before those uses.
